I have a client who has been looking in RC on and off for about two years. They had originally thought they would like a second home up here. But now they have decided that they definitely want to find their new forever home in Rancho Carrillo – not as a second residence but as their principal home.
They have four (almost grown) kids and want a home where they can all (including grandkids) come and hang out in the uniquely wonderful community we all call home.
They are looking for:
- Perimeter Lot
- Preferably flat or at least partly flat
- Older Home if possible (but not a deal breaker)
- No bedroom minimum
- They will most likely build a custom home at some point

- Guest cottage would be nice but not a deal breaker
- Fixer ok but not too much work needed
- Budget to $1.3M
